The outdoor photography clubs brings classmates together through the shared enjoyment of getting outdoors and taking photos. The club runs a series of outdoor excursions and two photo competitions throughout the year. The photo competitions bring classmates together after GIE and after the summer internship to share their experiences. We all vote and the nicest photo wins

The Outdoor Photography Club is less about perfection and more about remembering time spent outside. For me, photos are a way to hold onto moments—long days on the trail, changing light, and shared experiences with others. Through the club, and especially our two annual photo competitions, I love seeing how different people capture and interpret the same outdoors we explore together. My goal as Co-President is to create a welcoming space where members come together, get outside often, and share stories through photos that reflect both personal memories and a collective appreciation for the natural world.
