Welcome to Sauder Speaks Club! Sauder Speaks is all about practicing public speaking. Our meetings are pretty casual and everybody is welcome to join. |

Based on some suggestions, we have decided to change the format of our meetings. You can now prepare a 5-minute presentation and present a topic with slides. You can choose any topic. It could be the topic you are going to present in a class later on. That way you get a chance to practice and get feedback before you present it for a grade! If you don't feel comfortable making a speech, Sauder Speaks is the best chance to learn how to get comfortable! Remember, as a future leader and decision maker, you'll be required to do presentations and talk in front of others. If you are a good speaker and have experience with public speaking, please come and share it with others. We all want to learn from each other by giving constructive feedback and your experience is really valuable. Finally, if you have any suggestions how to improve our meetings, please let me know.
