We are delighted to have this opportunity to welcome you to the International Trade Club of UBC MBA society.
Vancouver is a Pacific centre for trade. Whether you are specializing in Strategic Management, SCM or others, it is essential that you, the future executives, gain a fair amount of knowledge in international trade content.
Throughout the year, we will be providing you with a series of exciting events and activities, which will allow you to explore and attain practical knowledge in today’s global business environment through variety of international
trade related topics and events.

Club Mission
International Trade Club aims to help facilitate learning about international trade and investment, provide opportunities for professional growth outside of the curriculum, build valuable contacts in and outside the class, and serve as an information channel of import and export opportunities.
Club Activities
- Organize guest speaker events on various international trade related subjects
- Develop a better network within the business community
- Promote the Club to the business communities
- Encourage knowledge sharing within our diversity student body
- Share latest news happening on the International Trade arena
- Liaise with the other clubs within MBAS to co-host events and facilitate student participation in external events (e.g. those organized by Vancouver Board of Trade, Canada Export Centre etc)
